1. Independent private service
MyArrival.my is an independent private travel assistance service. We are not affiliated with, operated by, or endorsed by the Malaysian Government, Malaysian Immigration Department, or any other government agency. Where applicable, travellers may use relevant official Malaysian government services directly.
2. Our service
MyArrival provides optional assistance intended to simplify the preparation of travel and arrival information. The service may include document processing, preparation and review of information, payment processing, and assistance with relevant arrival-card workflows requested by the traveller.
3. Traveller responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and truthful documents and information, and for checking the prepared information before continuing. You remain responsible for meeting applicable immigration, visa, passport, health and entry requirements.
4. Government decisions
Government agencies and immigration officers retain sole authority over immigration, admission and entry decisions. MyArrival does not guarantee admission to Malaysia, eligibility for any immigration facility, or any government outcome.
5. Service fee
The MyArrival fee is a private service fee for assistance and convenience. It is not a Malaysian Government fee. The applicable price is displayed before payment.
6. Payment and refunds
By submitting payment, you request that MyArrival begin providing the service immediately. The service fee is non-refundable after payment has been submitted, except where a remedy is required by applicable law. Please read our Refund Policy before paying.
7. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party and government systems
Government websites, payment processors and other third-party services may change, experience outages or impose their own requirements. MyArrival is not responsible for matters outside its reasonable control.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyArrival is not responsible for government decisions, denied entry, travel disruption, inaccurate information supplied by the traveller, or indirect losses caused by circumstances outside MyArrival's reasonable control.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
